Migração e situações de rua: O uso do álcool nas ruas de Brasília / Migration and street situations: the use of alcohol in the streets of Brasilia

O artigo pretende, através de uma pesquisa de campo, reconstituir a trajetória de vida de indivíduos que migraram para Brasília nos últimos três anos e se encontram em situação de rua, destacando, nessas narrativas acerca do cotidiano deles, o uso do álcool tanto como um fator agregador como desagregador de sua trajetória dentro de um conjunto de vulnerabilidades típicas dessa população. A natureza do processo migratório, no sentido individual e social, é analisada como forma de contextualizar a discussão a respeito da trajetória de vida desses indivíduos. O processo de formação, construção e manutenção de uma identidade social é a base de um conjunto teórico que perpassa a ideia de socialização referente às condições como o indivíduo forma e, ao mesmo tempo, é formado pelas diversas e contínuas referências sociais que o cercam. As entrevistas realizadas a partir da escuta das histórias de vida (método biográfico) implicam na construção de um conjunto de desenvolvimento teórico e analítico que discute a importância do estabelecimento e da manutenção de vínculos sociais e afetivos e o papel do álcool no cotidiano desses sujeitos.
