Respostas hemodinâmicas agudas após uma sessão de treinamento com videogame ativo em cadeira de rodas/Acute hemodynamic responses following a training session with active video game in wheelchair

Objetivo: O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar as respostas hemodinâmicas durante uma sessão de videogame ativo (VGA), com a utilização de cadeira de rodas. Método: Seis homens e seis mulheres (24±3,98 anos; 22,6±2,17 kg/m2), aparentemente saudáveis (PAR-Q), não usuários de cadeira de rodas. Após avaliação antropométrica, foram coletadas medidas de repouso para a frequência cardíaca (FC; bpm), pressão arterial (PA; mmHg) e para cálculo do duplo produto (DP; mmHg/bpm). Posteriormente, realizaram uma sessão com o jogo Kinect Sports Boxing durante 15 minutos. As variáveis FC, PA e DP foram medidas no repouso, durante e após a sessão. Foi utilizado um teste de Friedman, com análise post-hoc através da comparação não paramétrica de Dunn para comparação pré, durante e após a sessão. Foi aceito um valor significante p<0,05. Resultados: Imediatamente após a sessão, observaram-se aumentos significantes na FC, PAS e DP, tanto para homens (FC: 68,00±8,99 vs 105,17±22,55; PAS: 123,67±6,68 vs 134,17±8,23; DP: 8.446,00±1.453,54 vs 14.217,50±3628,76) quanto para mulheres (FC: 68,00±8,00 vs 126,00±20,44; PAS: 100,33±8,82 vs 113,17±9,15; DP: 6.843±1.160,36 vs 14.405±3.597,45). Similarmente, após a sessão experimental foram observadas diminuições significativas nas variáveis FC, PAS e DP em relação ao momento imediatamente após, para homens (FC: 74,67±9,46 vs 105,17±22,55; PAS: 121±5,62 vs 134,17±8,23; DP: 9.066,50±1449,98 vs 14.217,50±3628,76) e para as mulheres (FC: 76,83±9,02 vs 126,00±20,44; PAS: 100,67±3,01 vs 113,17±9,15; DP: 7.745,33±1.025,34 vs 14.405±3.597,45). Conclusão: a prática com VGAs contribui para o aumento das demandas hemodinâmicas, sendo uma alternativa segura para pessoas com deficiência que fazem uso de cadeiras de rodas.
