Estratégias de cuidado utilizadas por terapeutas ocupacionais em centros de atenção psicossocial/Care strategies used by occupational therapists in psychosocial care centers

Introdução: A reabilitação psicossocial centrou o cuidado na experiência com o sofrimento, rompendo com a lógica hegemônica centrada na doença. A terapia ocupacional apoiou este rompimento, com ações voltadas para o cotidiano, na busca da inserção social e da autonomia de pessoas com diagnóstico de transtorno mental. Objetivo: Identificar as estratégias de cuidado utilizadas por terapeutas ocupacionais em Centros de Atenção Psicossocial e compreender como essas estratégias contribuem para a reabilitação psicossocial. Método: Estudo descritivo, de abordagem qualitativa, com cinco terapeutas ocupacionais de três Centros de Atenção Psicossocial, os quais responderam a uma entrevista, que foi submetida à análise de conteúdo temática. Resultados: Foram extraídas as categorias: Estratégias de Cuidado Integral; Estratégias de Cuidado Singular, e Estratégias de Cuidado Interdisciplinar. Outra categoria extraída, Compreensão e Ampliação do Cotidiano, referiu-se à contribuição na reabilitação psicossocial. A especificidade da terapia ocupacional se diluiu entre as possibilidades de ações, visto que as estratégias são comuns a outros núcleos profissionais, sendo guiadas por uma nova concepção de cuidado em saúde, que inclui a perspectiva da integralidade e da rede. A partir da compreensão e da ampliação do cotidiano como contribuição da terapia ocupacional, emergiu a especificidade do núcleo e a sua contribuição na reabilitação psicossocial. Algumas estratégias foram pontuais e se efetivaram no próprio serviço, porém, muitas alcançaram o território. Conclusão: Há a necessidade de relatos de práticas dos terapeutas ocupacionais mesmo que em
projetos de cuidado comuns a outros núcleos, no intuito de acompanhar as discussões sobre o fortalecimento da institucionalização profissional no país.
