Nas últimas décadas, tem-se discutido, em nível nacional, a formação dos estudantes nos cursos de graduação em saúde voltados para o Sistema Único de Saúde e, de acordo com as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais, valorizando uma formação em percurso, em que se estimule a integração estudante-instituição-serviços-comunidade. O Curso de Terapia Ocupacional da FMUSP tem se preocupado com essas questões, reorientando seu currículo e projeto político pedagógico a partir do preconizado nas Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais da área. O objetivo da pesquisa foi analisar, através das ementas das práticas e estágios, se o curso tem colocado suas convergências com alguns dos paradigmas da formação prática do estudante, com ampliações e implicações de seus cenários de ensino-aprendizagem. As metodologias utilizadas foram revisão da literatura e análise documental. O estudo descreve alguns aspectos das práticas em saúde e dos espaços de ensino-aprendizagem, analisando o conjunto de propostas de práticas e estágios do curso de graduação. Os resultados e discussão apontam para a preocupação de dialogar com as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais e com o Sistema Único de Saúde, visando uma formação que seja ativa e contemple os princípios da humanização, integralidade, cuidado, alteridade e diversidade.
