A interdisciplinaridade em um CAPS: a visão dos trabalhadores / Interdisciplinarity in a Psychosocial Care Center: the conception of the workers
Abstract
A presente pesquisa foi realizada em um CAPS II (Centro de Atenção Psicossocial II) na cidadeMaceió, AL, e teve como objetivo analisar as concepções que os trabalhadores têm acerca do que vem a ser ainterdisciplinaridade, assim como a forma como eles acreditam aplicar tais conceituações em sua prática profissionale a forma como eles acham que a instituição a exerce; para tanto foram entrevistados nove trabalhadores. Foiutilizada a abordagem qualitativa, que analisou os dados coletados na pesquisa de campo sob a luz do método daanálise temática. Na análise dos resultados surgiram dois grandes temas a serem debatidos: a interdisciplinaridadecomo ideias e ações possíveis e dificuldade da ação interdisciplinar. Os resultados apontam para uma noção, porparte dos trabalhadores, ainda confusa acerca do que vem a ser a interdisciplinaridade, confundindo-a com osconceitos de multi e pluridisciplinaridade. Dessa forma, as diferenças apresentadas nos discursos entre o pensare o fazer interdisciplinar resultam das dificuldades de ações concretas verificadas no estudo.http://dx.doi.org/10.4322/cto.2013.013
