Fatores protetivos à reincidência ao ato infracional – concepções de adolescentes em privação de liberdade/Protective factors for recurrence to the offense - conceptions of adolescents deprived of liberty

Medidas socioeducativas podem ser aplicadas quando um adolescente comete um ato infracional. Este
estudo descritivo, de natureza qualitativa objetivou descrever a concepção de adolescentes em privação de liberdade
sobre a medida socioeducativa de internação e sobre os fatores protetivos à reincidência ao ato infracional. Os dados
foram coletados em uma entrevista semiestruturada que abordou aspectos ocupacionais dos sujeitos; relacionamento
social; a internação; concepção de fatores protetivos ao ato infracional e sua reincidência. Os dados foram analisados
pelo método de análise de conteúdo temático-categorial, obtendo-se cinco categorias: concepção sobre a privação de
liberdade; atividades realizadas na instituição; mudanças na vida após a internação; concepção sobre fatores protetivos;
e projeto de vida. Percebeu-se a escola e cursos profissionalizantes como fatores protetivos ao ato infracional e que
as medidas socioeducativas que potencializem as habilidades do adolescente devem ser consonantes à elaboração
do seu projeto de vida, possibilitando o enfrentamento das adversidades em seu contexto.
